"Fast charging without the hassle"

"Pretty Easy to Pay"

"Nice when it works, but a bit hit or miss"
I assumed every charger would have contactless, but nope, not always. When it is available, it’s really handy and saves messing around. The annoying part is when you have to use the app and the signal is bad, then it turns into a bit of a hassle quickly

"Quick maintenance, just a small wait for the update"
I’ve dealt with maintenance requests at a few places before, and this was definitely one of the quicker ones. The issue got sorted fast, with just a slight delay in getting the update back to me. Overall, I’m happy enough with how it was handled.

"Decent when it works, but not always reliable"
I’ve used BP Pulse a few times and, to be fair, the chargers are usually okay. But I’ve still been caught out by ones that aren’t working or show as busy when they’re obviously not. It’s not awful, but when you’re in a rush it gets frustrating. Also, it’s never that clear who actually owns or looks after some of these chargers, so if there’s a problem you’re left wondering who’s meant to sort it out. Overall, not terrible, but not reliable enough for me to give more than 3 stars.

"Usually spot on"
I've been using bppulse.co.uk to check live status updates, it's been accurate in my experience. When I see something update there, it usually lines up with what I'm seeing myself, so I tend to trust it. There was one time where it seemed a bit behind, and I guess if that can happen once, it's fair to assume it might happen now and then. Still, for a quick check without any hassle, it's useful enough. I'd give it 4 stars.

I had to ask for a refund, i was expecting it to be more of a headache than it was. The process ended up being straightforward, and everything got sorted without me having to chase anyone around. It reminded me that sometimes the way a company handles a problem says more than the original issue itself. I’m happy with how it turned out

"Okay Experience, But Pricing Wasn’t Clear"
It was okay overall, but I really wish they had been more upfront about the pricing from the start. I had to poke around just to figure out what the real costs were, which was annoying. What made it more frustrating was that nobody followed up with me afterward either, so I was left trying to sort it out on my own. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as it should’ve been.

"Felt Super Safe at Night"
These lights made a huge difference. I felt totally safe walking around at night, and I didn’t have a single issue. It’s like they turned the whole area into a mini fortress after dark.

"The RFID card is alright overall, nothing…"
The RFID card is alright overall, nothing amazing though. Most of the time it starts the charger without any drama, but I’ve had a few moments where I had to tap it a couple times or it just didnt read right away. Not a massive issue, but it’s kinda annoying when you’re just standing there waiting. The service does what it’s supposed to, I just wish the card was a bit more reliable.

"Pretty reliable charger map"
I’ve used bppulse a few times now, the map’s been accurate. The chargers were right where it said they’d be, which is really all I need. One pin was a little off once, but it wasn’t a big deal. Solid experience overall, 4 stars from me.

"Easy Trip, Tricky Parking"
Getting there was straightforward, which I always appreciate. The only pattern I’ve noticed with spots like this is that the easier they are to reach, the more annoying the parking seems to be. That was definitely the case here, but overall it wasn’t a huge deal.

"Public Charging Is Hit or Miss"
Some public chargers work totally fine, and when they do, it’s straightforward. You pull up, plug in, start the session, and everything goes how you’d expect. The problem is that way too often I’ll go to a charging spot and either all the chargers are already being used, or one or more of them are out of service, which makes the whole thing more stressful than it should be. It’s not that public charging never works, because it definitely can, but the inconsistency is what gets frustrating, especially if you’re low on battery and were counting on that location being available

"Quick, Easy Help When I Needed It"
I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into one of those back-and-forth situations. I messaged bppulse and they got back to me quickly. What I appreciated most was that they seemed to read between the lines and understand what the actual problem was without me having to over-explain everything. They sorted it out politely and without making it a hassle. Really happy with the experience and I’d definitely use them again.
